Refund & Cancellation Policy

    Any request for a refund must be raised within 72 hours of the transaction. Requests made after this period will not be entertained under any circumstances.

    Once your request is received, our team will evaluate your claim within 5 - 7 business days. If the issue is verified and qualifies for a refund as per our policy, the refund will be initiated through the original mode of payment.

  7. Refund Timelines

    Approved refunds will be processed within 7—10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. We are not responsible for any delays beyond our control once the refund is initiated.

  8. Duplicate Payments

    In case of duplicate payments due to technical errors or multiple submissions, users are eligible for a full refund of the excess amount. Please notify us immediately with relevant proof of payment.

  9. Rejection of Requests

    We reserve the right to reject refund requests if we find evidence of misuse, fraud, policy violations, or if the request is not backed by sufficient documentation. All decisions made by Shahnaii Matrimonial Service in this regard are final and binding.
